This website is normally accessible to users at any time. However, an interruption due to technical maintenance may be decided by Sébastien Collin, who will then strive to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention in advance.

The purpose of the website is to provide information concerning all the company’s activities.

Sébastien Collin strives to provide on the website as accurate information as possible. However, he can not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether caused by him or by third party partners who deliver him this information.

All the information indicated on the website is provided as guidlines only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the details on the site are not exhaustive. They are given subject to changes that have been made since they were put online.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the website agrees to access the website using recent equipment, which does not contain any virus and with an updated latest generation browser.

Sébastien Collin cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

Sébastien Collin cannot also be held liable for indirect damage (such as a market loss or a loss of an opportunity) resulting from the use of the website.

7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by law n°78-87 of January the 6th, 1978, law n°2004-801 of August the 6th, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October the 24th, 1995.

On the occasion of using the website, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any event, Sébastien Collin only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the website. The user supplies this information in full knowledge of this fact, in particular when it is entered by the user himself. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any litigation in relation to the website shall be governed by the laws of France. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris.
